Can someone make pre-made loaders that includes SYSDIR, URSDIR and all that other things, because i dont knoe how to do so pleasseeeeee?

I told you before to not ask for games here. No one is going to make pre-made loaders that you describe and host them on a website or personal FTP because they are too large. Go out and learn a little on your own.
