Guys I have this movie in psp format that has the worst quality ever. Now I want to convert it into any format that will make it look like DVD quality. Any advice anyone?? If you can tell me the exact video bit rate and frame rate that will produce the highest quality that will help.

i don't think this is possible since your file has been compressed... there is no way to recover it to become DVD quality. you might be better off finding another copy of that movie.

Yeah i think there is nothing you can do. Just download another copy of it. And don't download something that says 'CAM" and "telesync". Look for words like xvid and dvd-rip.
