will there be isos for 1.6?
ghostsnyper
actually fanjita has just released his eloader for the psp a couple of days ago. go to www.fanjita.org or WE TRY TO STEAL PSP-SPOT STAFF. good sites. got mine off of qj cuzx fanjita had not updated at the time. but now i got my snes emulator but it crashes 80% of the time it starts. NEW QUESTION!!!

what emulators work the fastest on psp?

i got 2 snes ems and they both ar so f*cking slow i cant even run super mario bros 3 on it. any emulators would be great. plz post your fast emulators!!!!
ghostsnyper
and on another note, Fanjita posted on a forum sumwhere that he has put an anti piracy thing on his eloader so iso's will not work. anyway the only reason we cant play homebrews is bcuz sum bastard started pirating psp games and sony got fed up. if u want to play iso's, go buy a mod chip for ur psp and play it there, but dont drag piracy into the homebrew world. all my roms are legal because i own the games. iso loaders will soon be blocked from fanjita's eloader so dont get any smart ideas. he wants to keep his software legal(in some ways).

First of all there is no mod chip for psp. The reason that there is no way to run iso's is not because fanjita doesn't want you to but because of the firmware limitations.

I think as long he won't release an iso-loder, nothing can really happen to him because you can't buy these emulators or roms anyway. But when you make this iso-loader you become §ony's enemy no°1.

I don't think he wants to risks that... too sad sad.gif
ns9
Again, it is impossible to run iso on firmware 2.00+. This has nothing to do with fanjita.
ghostsnyper
ok just for the info there is no way to load iso's on 2.6 cuz fanjita said on his website quote "And no, we're not interesting in making an ISO loader or a downgrader, so please don't ask. Homebrew is the goal, and homebrew is not the same as piracy."

so.... if sony likes that there is little or they get forced by the homebrew petition which is found http://www.PetitionOnline.com/homebrew/" target="_blank">here

anyway... no piracy.....sonys happy......homebrew might be legal soon..... new update probly in a coupl of months to break the new eloader.... tongue.gif unsure.gif

im gonna laugh at sony Hahahahahahahahahahahhaahahahaha

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

Honestly dont see why Sony wont allow some sort of supported Homebrew to be run in future upgrades.

The whole ROMS/EMU denate tho is valid as your playing copyright games from Nintendo and such on a PSP which again Sony dont want you to do, and whilst owning a ROM of a bought game is legal, its something else to dload 700 SNES roms and claim you own them all in original cartridge form
shellz
gta:lcs sukked and there makin it 4 tha ps2
ghostsnyper
lcs wasnt too bad, but i dont own 700+ roms, so i only have like 15 or so im good. fanjitas eloader works perfectly for the psp. i just cant get the eboots to load properly tho....im gonna check the site for sumtin new and ill post again in a couple of mins.....im out

Well, if you using FW 2.6 and limited to just the GTA eboot loader, it works as well as can be expected since it is still in beta form.

Hopefully he/she will release somthing soon for all of us 2.6 users.....and maybe we will all be a tad more insightful in the future as to check for all the homebrew before we upgrade. The way I see it is that I got the upgrade, can't do anything about it, and there is no use in crying over it. I'll just play commericial games until the next downgrader, or loader comes out.
