When I change the stock wallpaper there's some icons on the psp menu thal look funny, like a blank square.
Is there any way to fix this?

Make sure your BMP is no larger than 300 x 170 pixels and 24bit in color... that should do it!

Oh i get that oso.. I too dont noe the reason.. i guess it has to do with the incompatibility of the transparent icon and the wallpaper.. best is to upgrade and use a proper wallpaper changer like 2.0++

waite you get blank icons also if you are runing homebrew and you havent named your folders correctly, do a search on google there is a doc on how to fix that

thanks that happened to me 2..i couldnt see my sfolders..so i freaked out and shut off my psp...i havent been on it since last night but i can only see a game when it starts lol...i was on my wipeout browser last night lol

i thnk all u have to do is reformat u psp, like turn it to its origional settings, nothing to do with ur mem card, then it iwlll fix your icons

maybe the pic is hte same color as the pic thtas their. blendint them together. maybe. iono.

Yeah you must reformat your psp and this time always have your psp files onto your computer

i think its easier to just make my own. find a pic you want and use photoshop to resize it and then just upload it.

yeah, making your own wallpaper is easy if you have a decent photoshop.... you get what you want! simple as that

its great having wallpaper you make yourself. I have a pictue of a Turtle i took while i was snorkling of the great barrier reef, it reminds me of a great holiday, while i am sitting on a stuffy train or underground.

I've had that same problem. I found a pbp unpacker and altered the icons. It's not too bad. I found that if the icon was smaller than 300x170 the icon came up flashing white. Other icons that were primarly white did the same. Just get a pbp unpacker and change colors if the size doesn't correct the problem.
