Is it safe to run the PSP with 333 Mhz for a long time or can it cause any harm? Emu's run much better with 333 Mhz.
Thanks

No it can not cause harm because the PSP is already slowed down to 222mhz to have more battery power. 333mhz is not overclocking the PSP, it is just making it go to its capacity. Something like 444mhz would be dangerous. (maybe)

In the GTA Savegame trainer they say it turns your pp forum 222 -333 GHZ, but i dont see any difference... Do i have to activate it? And how can i undo it?

To undo you just go to the speed changing function and scroll over back to 222mhz. With GTA its not that noticable ompared to when you are using UMD Emulator.

running at 333mhz won't cause damage to your psp, but it will cause your battery to drain faster.
xlukazx - umd emeulators allow you to play ripped psp games off of your memory stick. obviously everyone is a good boy/girl so they only rip games that they own...

when using devhook, or umd emulator 0.8c i always use 222mhz. there is no difference in game speed. but when using snes emulator, running on 333mhz works faster then 222mhz.

Overclocking it will not cause any harm.
Except drain your battery power.
Some people have said their PSP's get deformed and other stuff.

what ever its cool to overclock your computer as long as you have good fans and know how to do it.
I run my psp emus on 333 all the time and have never had anything bad happen.

its only cool to overclok ure pc if u've got reallly good cooling for it like water cooling or sumthing but the psp was designed to run at 33mhz so technically ure not overclokin

I cant imagine running it at 222. It's really really slow. It's actually kind of slow with 333 too.

running at 333mhz will 100% cause no damage, almost all psp games just now are running below 333mhz and the main game that will run at 333mhz is Gran Turismo for the psp which will be out soon.

That's right, but some games can only really be enjoyed by switching to more MHZ like PES 5. Try it...

Wipeout Pure, as far as I have worked out, is the only game worth running at 333. It runs a lot smoother, making getting first a whole lot easier.

the program pspinfo also boosts the psp to 333mhz... very noticable.... use this prog if you don't want to use fastloader or umd emulator.... and 333mhz on gta is very noticable as well. it's smooter than a ps2 version of gta... check the ps2's specs and compare them to the psp... the processor is faster.... sooooo sweeeet!!!

It is really safe to put it at 333 mhz?
I hope so because as it was said here before its true that a lot of emulators only work decent at 333 mhz.
