i have downgrded to 150 just dont know what to do next anyone know a good tut so i can find out what to do

you have to be more precise... if you want to runn iso`s (remember thats illigal to have isos whitout buying the game)
download fastloader 0.7 or umd emu 0.8c

There are tutorials all over the net. Try searching a bit. If you suposedly did and didn't find anything then you shouldn't be trying because it's apparently too dificult for you to comprehend. So. Buy the games.
