I want to change the icons of my games (snes emulator for example) for my psp to be colorful. lol Just for fun.

PBP Unpacker, just open up the eboot.pbp located in the foler with the weird ass symbols in the end of the name.

Well, I got mine already, but my RIN (gb/gbc emulator) eboot.pbp has no ICON0.png and PIC1.png. Do you think it's okay if I put those things??

It sure is as long as you have the other files required.

ex: parmam, etc....

I have these corrupt file icons when i access my games on the memory card, would i use PBP Unpacker to get rid of those as well?
