Okay. When i bought my PSP it was 1.5. When the downgrader came out, I decided, what the hell. im gonna try it out and see why everyone went to 2.00 in the first place. I thought it was dumb, went back to 1.5.
Here are all the possible things i used that could've wrote to Flash
- Used PSPersonalize to make every month background to a custom one i have made.
- Used UMD Emulator 0.8c for my personal ISO's
So, If i attempted to downgrade, what would actually happen? I mean reflashing wipes everything out and puts the new firmware on so i dont understand how it would brick.

Because it isn't reflashing. If you read back on all that happened with that, it isn't a complete 1.50 to 1.00 downgrader. It was leaked by PSP3D and as of now is not complete. So, there is a chance it could brick your PSP and there is a chance you can replace your 1.50 firmware with a 1.50 firmware from another PSP because as of now, that's all it does.

If you have done anything with the flash, not including ISO loaders, people say it will brick your psp. If you have downgraded, used PSPersonalize, or removed the swirvy lines from the orignal backrounds you should not try it. That is why people say it is for "virgin" only psps.
