I followed these instructions in your emails:
Visit your email preferences (http://www.psp-spot.com/forums/index.php?act=UserCP&CODE=02) and ensure that the box for 'Send me any updates sent by the board administrator' is unchecked and submit the form

yet i still get emails, why are you spamming me?

What SPAM are you getting?? If it's in relation to the board updates etc these are not SPAM and are sent via board admins I believe hence you would still receive this

Hey I get spam too but I just delete it with the rest of other spam I get from other sites an don't complain too much about it
