Hi, I'm a complete newbie when it comes to this. I have a PSP Slim+Lite with firmware 3.71 M33 which I bought off a friend. I have set up putting ISOs and PSX games on no problems but I'm getting a bit annoyed with the controls of the PSP and would like to hook up my PS3 controller to play my games with.

I have already downloaded the latest copies of IrcShell and USBHost from http://www.irshell.org/ (version 3.9 which supports 3.71 M33 and PSP Lite). I've placed the 'GAME' and 'GAME150' folders on my memory stick but when I try and launch the program the screen just goes black. With the release there was a load of other folders aswell with patches and all sorts but I'm clueless as to what to install and what not to.

I'm stuck at this point and don't want to keep experimenting for fear of messing something up.

Can someone please outline the process, step by step.
