Hmm, if the sound works using the speakers when it's not plugged in then it's almost certainly a hardware problem.
I don't know anything you could do apart from getting it repaired or replaced, sorry.
Maybe someone else will have a better idea or know what to do if you open it up...

actually my psp already repaired with some technician. may last problem is may wifi module then they replace may wifi module with a new one and a sudden now my sound is my prblem. do you have a software that can detect may hardware if there's a error? tnx
