So me and my friend have the same memory stick, same psp with the same psp settings but during cinematics of crisis core mine is laggy and his runs smooth. At first we thought it was the copy of the game but he put his on mine and it was still like that, I tested his mem stick on my psp and it runs smooth so it could only be my mem stick.
I have not damaged it so could someone provide me with some help if there is something I am un-aware of.

Hmm, yours might be a fake, or just dodgy.
What brand and size is it and where did you get it from?

nodrog could it be that maybe your on 3.80 M33+ and needto install the 3.71 fatms patch? that will surely remove the lag if you are on 3.80 M33+

Both of ours is Sandisk 4gb from Futureshop so it can't be fake.

and to S┼◄ÑKCH yeah I am running 3.80 m33-5, is it known to lag on the 3.80 firmware?
Would it run fine on 3.90?

*Edit* and we are both running the same firmware so I don't think it is a firmware issue. Does anyone know if Sandisk will do anything about a bad memory stick? I think I might have a bad one, since ours are identical yet mine runs with lag. I can't refund it anymore since it's been over 30 days.

Another thing I noticed is that when I hit the home button to quit game it freezes.

even though you are both on the same firmware it could still be the lag issue.. yes 3.80 and 3.90 both have the lag issue. I would suggest trying out the fatms patch and see what happens.

im running on 3.71 m33 and playing crisis core with no probs, maybe u should downgrade ur version
