We picked up word that Ubisoft reps have explained the status of PlayStation 3 shooter Haze. According to two independent Ubisoft representatives, Haze will forever be a PS3 exclusive.
The news comes from Play.com Live, where Ripten managed to talk to two different Ubisoft representatives. "When asking both on whether the game will ever come out for the Xbox 360, " notes their report, "they said in a resolute fashion that the game is not just a PS3 timed exclusive, but will never make its way onto any other platform."
If Haze is as good a shooter as it touts itself to be, then this exclusivity for the PS3 may very well drive more people into getting a console just for the game. In any case, we'll keep checking for additional information on this report, especially to see if they change their minds in the future.
