3.10 OE-A' is a very old custom firmware version.
Maybe you need a UMD in the drive, or maybe the ISOs need newer firmware.
You might want to look at updating; through a path like:
3.10 OE-A' - 3.52 M33 - 3.52 M33-4 - 3.90 M33-2
You can get all the custom fimware here: http://www.dark-alex.org/
And all the EBOOT files here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/category/36

The best thing would be to update to a newer custom firmware such as 3.90 M33-2, yes.

If I remember correctly that's the order you need to do it yes.
Once you've done the first one (3.52 M33), you should get the idea quickly enough.
Download the archive for 3.52 M33 from the link I gave above, and follow the instructions in the readme.
It will refer to EBOOT files (Sony Official Firmware Updates in this case) for 1.50 and 3.52.
You can download these from the other link I gave.
When you extract the archives you will get files named "EBOOT.PBP", which you will have to rename as detailed in the readme for 3.52 M33.
The 1.50 EBOOT will need to be renamed "150.PBP" and the 3.52 EBOOT "352.PBP".

Hope this helps; reply here if there's still something you don't get (or know how to do, understanding is not critical if you can still follow the steps in the readmes).

Try enabling the Sony NP9660 No-UMD driver in Recovery Mode.
To get into Recovery Mode, turn your PSP off completely, then turn it back on holding the R shoulder button.
No-UMD should be in the main settings (can't remembered what the root menu item is called so early in the morning).

Are these all PSP ISOs? And if so what type are they? (ISO/CSO/DAX/JSO/etc.)

There may be other settings in Recovery that you could change (I seem to recall someone saying something about plain modules to solve a similar problem).

Hmm, I don't know what else it could be.
Maybe it's your memory stick?
The error code is for a File Read Error so it might be worth copying the ISO back onto the memory stick again.

Otherwise, try disabling No-UMD in Recovery and playing the ISO with a Game UMD in the drive.
