i've downloaded beats from a site. after extracting, i get a file called beats-eboot.pbp. i have tried placing it in the PSP\GAME\ with a folder of its own. the game is recognized but theres a game can not be started error when it attempts to load. i tried it with 3.90 m33 firmware.

are you using psp slim or the phat one??? i'm not familiar with the homebrew you have downloaded but if it is an old homebrew it would work with the 1.50 kernel so if you're using a phat psp you should install 1.50 kernel to your 3.90 m33... but if it is a new homebrew it should work with the 3.90 kernel...
