With the success that Ubisoft's Assassin's Creed (PC, Xbox 360, PS3) has been acquiring, the developing company will try out it's luck by porting the game title over to the Nintendo DS. No news was released if the same thing will happen for Sony's PlayStation Portable.

Some people felt that the game should be released for the PSP as well. As such, an online petition has been started to let the developing company know what the Sony handheld fans want. It aims to catch the eyes of the company with they way the Resident Evil PSP petition was able to do.

As of writing, there are already a total of 3062 signatures in the petition. This number alone was achieved simply by word of mouth. If you want to participate in the online petition, head on over to source link below.

Why did they think of DS first? They think that bring a trashy version to DS would sell more? Only PSP could make this an enjoyable portable game.

I dont really follow psp news anymore, hell my psp hasent been turned on for several months now.. But i think Assassins Creed would be a waste of resources for the psp. Think of how drastically the graphics would have to be reduced.. and overall gameplay would have to be simplified even further.
