When I turn my PSP on the green light comes on and everything but, it is just a black screen. Occasionally though it will load to the menu but it freezes. It has nothing to do with the battery though, I have personally plugged it in and turned it on to see if the battery was the problem but it does the same thing. Do I have the black screen of death? Or is that a myth? If it isn't a myth can I fix it? Help me please.

Just in case you didn't get my first post Im gonna say it again. Your PSP is broken you need to get a Pandoras battery to bring it back to life. If you don't have one first off find someone that has a custom psp to help you out an make the Pandora battery if not you can try ebay an pay if you got enough.
