I have 3.40 normal Firmware, and I want to get to 1.50, and then 3.40 OE (Custom Firmware). I havent found a 3.40 downgrader independantly, but I have found a 3.50.
So I need either a 3.40 > 3.50 upgrade, or a 3.40 downgrade to 1.50.
Any help?

do you mean the lumines downgrader? if you will use the lumines downgrader yes you need to update first to 3.50 before you can downgrade to 1.50 then install a cfw later...

I'm assuming you already have the original, unpatched Lumines UMD to do the downgrade afterwards.
