i started playing gta lcs about a year ago using the gta loader when i was on 1.5. I want to resume playing the game now and im on 3.71 m33 now. The problem is when i start the gta it starts a new game. I go onto the load menu and try and load my save file but it says there is no save file found! im 100% certain i have a save file as when i click on save data utility it is there! can anyone help me?

I think save games from before a certain firmware are incompatible with later firmware.
I'm not 100% sure though.

ADW is absolutely correct the savegame format changed in firmware 3.40 I believe but I believe the firmware is supposed to convert the older savegames to the newer format if I'm not mistaken

yes you are right, from 3.30 or 3.40 they changed the save format, but im 100% sure i read that the firmware is supposed to convert the older savegames to the newer format. Maybe because you were using gta loader or something that it doesn't work. Oh well, you can always download a game save. You can find them here. Some are at 50% completion, 100% completion, have a look around buddy.
