Hi all,

A friend of mine has an PSP with 1.0 firmare, he wants to be able to
play games using Fastloader and or UMD loader does he need to upgrade
to 1.5, if so is that firmware still available?? Now if it should work with 1.0
is there any advantage to still upgrade to 1.5.

Would also be grateful on tips where to find 1.5 firmware since all I got
is an eboot file that I used when downgrading

servalac, you can update from 1.0 to 1.50 using a 1.5 firmware update eboot file. You can get that here - http://rapidshare.de/files/5623856/EBOOT_1.50.zip.html

Really, the only advantage for 1.50 over 1.00 is that it's more of a standard and less bug-free these days when it comes to homebrew. Be aware that you can't get 1.00 back (as of yet) if you upgrade to 1.50.
