1UP Previews Devil May Cry 4: PLAYSTATION 3 Version Is Superior


The latest 1UP Preview for Capcom's upcoming Devil May Cry 4 reveals some good information for PLAYSTATION 3 players.

In the video, they go into console comparison. Shane Bettenhausen starts speaking "Capcom brought the game in, we got to play it, both the PLAYSTATION 3 and Xbox 360 versions. First thing I noticed, the PLAYSTATION 3 version is better."

Bryan Intihar chimes in on the situation "It's funny. You can tell, this game is built for the PLAYSTATION 3, but moved over to the Xbox 360. As of right now, I think the PLAYSTATION 3 version is better. I saw like screen tearing in the Xbox 360 version. Even like, when you were playing it, it felt better on the PLAYSTATION 3."

Bettenhausen comes back with a "With the triggers on the DUALSHOCK 3/SIXAXIS, it's easier to pull of the moves on the PLAYSTATION 3 versus, the Xbox 360 controller."

Nice to see games on the ps3 that are like they should be. Never played DMC but this doesnt look too bad.

Nice seriously, just amazing, I disagree with somethings they said however, DMC 3 hard? HAHAHAHA I can remember owning in Heaven and Hell, Dante must die, I even went through all 9,999 levels of the damn arcade thing as both Dante and Vergil, was it hard? No not in the least, the cutscenes BS? I love the Devil May Cry cutscenes, because they're just so action packed and the story is amazing loved all 12 EPs of the anime, beat every game including 2 (2 sucked hard, seriously if you're a new comer to this series just ignore it, things will be so much smother if you do). No dip the game feels like it was built for the PS3, IT WAS it was only put in developement in for XBOX 360 as of mid 07, before then it had been planned as a PS3 exclusive to help push the console during the holiday season, but now the 40GB has that job covered, well I'll be getting this for my PS3 as I played every previous generation on PlayStation, I will not let the 360 get my Devil May Cry playtime (well unless someone like gave me the 360 version for IDK free then maybe, but I would beat the PS3 version first )

About time, and it will only get better down the line for PS3 games in the future
