James Rivington of Tech.co.uk discusses the problems for Sony PS3, including:

• The PS3 has been unable to maintain high sales levels after numerous recent price cuts and short-term sales spikes.

• If Nintendo starts pumping out more Wii consoles to keep up with demands, PS3 could suffer once again.

• The PS3 does not have a large library of hot titles like the PS2 and (to some extend) the Xbox 360.

In conclusion, Rivington says let's see what happens when the likes of Killzone 2, Grand Theft Auto IV, Gran Turismo and Metal gear Solid 4, among others, are available for the PS3.

PS3 had a slow start, just like Xbox 360 did. Things are picking up now so sales will get better and better.

Well, PS3 just got Heavenly Sword which I think is a good game so it shouldn't do too badly.

i personally couldnt care less about that game, i'd rather play God of War III(when it comes out, i made a post about it check it out XD) but the PS3 is getting back on its feet

When tekken 6 and gta IV come out, ps3 sales will rise!!! Well hopefully. I have faith in the ps3, i t will eventually sell more. And i remember in australia when the ps2 came out, it was 700 US dollars, now its 163 US dollars. Sony will eventually lower the price. (They are already starting too).

I just picked up my PS3 yesterday for a few reasons. 1) Ratchet and Clank 2)Disney movies on blu-ray. 3)only 399.99 for the 40gb. that's the same price as a stand alone blu-ray player. I think if they keep get exclusives like Ratchet and Clank, FF XIII, MGS 4, God of War 3 and so on, It should do just fine. Also when Home comes out i think that will help out quite a bit if they can pull it off properly.
