Hi all, if i bought a PSP from taiwan and everything is in chinese.. am i able to upgrade it to firmware 3.71m33-3?

Any respond is greatly appreciated.

Hi juztink, and welcome to Console-Spot.

About your question, if you have a Pandora Battery and Magic Memory Stick, you should be able to install custom firmware and update to 3.71 M33-3.
The language or region should not make much difference, if any.
