Okay I have tested this with the latest M33 [DAX] CFW 3.71 M33-3 and _HellDashX_ CFW 3.72 HX-2
Both CFW exibit the same problem on my JAP PSP Slim.
On my old FAT PSP (sold now) which was also running _HellDashX_ CFW 3.72 HX-2 ALL of the following UMD Video movies worked...
But not on the slim!
All the UMD Video discs I have are R2 (EUR).

Van Helsing - Works on Slim

The Goonies - Works on Slim
Anyhow, can other people please test their UMD movies on their hacked Slim PSP.

The thing is some UMD videos are region protected therefore you get that error even on CFW.
I don't have either a Slim PSP or any UMD Videos, but I think I read somewhere that the Region Free driver is not perfect.
Maybe you could try dumping the UMD Videos to ISOs, and running them (maybe you can change the region that way).
I know it's not ideal as you can't store that many on a memory stick, but I can't think of anything else.

So how come they all worked on my old PSP-1000 (JAP) but not on the new PSP-2000 Slim (JAP)?
Were there extra region checks added to the new Slim PSP consoles...
or have any of you guys experienced this on the older FAT PSP models?
