Don't you hate it when you try to run a game and it says "the game could not be started", well in that case I found a way to fix that and here it is...
TO FIX THE PROBLEM FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
1. Goto Recovery Menu (turn off then hold R and turn on)
2. Configuration -> Use NO-UMD (Disable it)
3. Go all the way back to main menu
4. Advanced -> Advanced Configuration -> (Disable all of them)

What folder do you have it in: Game, Game150, Game340? Put it in Game150 and you should be fine. Or put it in Game and set your kernel to 1.50.

in your case if your on a fat psp p5p install 1.5 kernel... if your on a slim or dont want to install 1.5 kernel on your slim you will put all homebrew in GAME folder and use NON kxploited ebbots.. use the 1.00 kernel eboots and alot more of your homebrew should run. also if your on a slim and theres a SLIM version of the emu GET IT.
