Hello everyone...

I have a problem where the PSP will hang when playing games. It only happens on 2 games so far. Right now I'm playing Silent Hill Origin and I'm almost done with the game. The game freezes and shut itself off when I try to go up to the second floor of the apartment after the washing machine puzzle. I tried a few times and it hangs every single time.

I tried formating the MSPD but the problem is still there. I even tried copying only the game and game save for SHO and take out everthing else but with no luck. I'm at lost.

Currently running 3.71 M33-2. Should I upgrade to M33-3?

Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

what format is the game in? cso or iso? could be a corrupt game since it only happens on that certain level.

try updating to m33-3.

Thanks for replying. Its in iso format. updated to m33-3 with same result...how do i check if the iso is corrupt?

maybe check the MD5 and compare..

It might not help but try making the psp's clock speed faster. IS your psp running at 333mhz? If it is, it may be a corrupt or damaged iso.

try downloading the game again from a different source.

the iso you have is probable corrupt. try to dl it again or try another iso.

before you download iso make sure its from a reliable source with comments
