Try to get to Recovery Mode (hold R when booting from a hard reset, such as by taking your battery out and then putting it back in).
If that doesn't work you might need to get hold of a Pandora's Battery.

whats pandoras battery

It's an app. that turns a battery onto a special battery that lets you update/downgrade and unbrick your PSP. It's recommended you use a spare battery because the battery you use to unbrick won't work properly with your PSP anymore.

Did you try booting into Recovery Mode?
If it's only a semi-brick you should be able to recover it back to 1.50.

I had recovered my bricked PSP using that option. Just avoid the BSOD and you will be just fine. (Not the kind of BSOD that Windows somehow makes in installation!)

Hm, you bricked your PSP by putting a theme, I think you just have to replace your files with your backups, if you backuped that is.
