so i have 3.4...the person i bought it from updated it to that.
so im tryin to get 3.4oe from 3.4 is it even possoble,all i really want is to play and use hombrew so can any1 help me out with this please.

i suggest making a pandora battery and downgrade from there, however you will need a homebrew enabled psp the create the battery

Right now, anything under 3.50 can be downgraded.
Downgrading 3.40 to 1.5 requires you to have a copy of Lumines.
Try googling about the Lumines exploit (it works on any fw 2.0 to 3.50)

Long story short, yes, you can upgrade to 3.40oea by downgrading to 1.50 then upgrading to 3.40oea.

A pandora battery is a regular battery that a homebrew enabled psp can convert to downgrade any psp. If you cant get one, then youre only other option is to get Lumines (the game), which you can downgrade with.
