Downgraded to 1.5 games work fine but when i try to play twisted Metal on line i get error message 8008273A get the same message when i go to my network settings and try to set the settings for the infrastructure mode. Any ideas??

I think i read somewhere that you need 2.0 to use wifi.

no, you dont need 2.0 to use wifi! i'm useing 1.5 and the WP browser over wifi and it workes fine.
as fior the error, try reseting the PSP to default settings. after that. it may require an upgrade for THAT game. i'm not sure
