You cannot put the actual Windows System on your PSP
BUT what you can do is put a webbrowser "Portal"
it will look like Windows but it doesn't have nearly
half of the features that an actual Windows Operating System can offer.
its a little fake flash imitation of the O.S.
There is nowhere near enough RAM
and with no mouse or keyboard it would be a pain to navigate the theoretical Windows.

What you can do is:
  • Play Homebrew games
  • Play PSP ISO images of UMD Games
  • Use different Applications that other people have made for the PSP
(e.g.: Graphing Calculator, Emulator, Internet Phone and so much more.)
I recommend Getting 2 GB Memory or more.
I have 4GB and i usually have 1GB empty. but you might use more or less than me.

Something else i recommend is getting irShell (google it)
it enhances your PSP.

NOTE: before you do any kind of adding applications make sure your PSP is on a Custom Firmware.
If you don't know or if you JUST bought your PSP you might want to read some posts from this forum on "DOWNGRADING" and "DarkAlex".

Good luck and happy gaming.
