I watched it because it was recommended to me by a girl I dated. It has no entertainment value whatsoever, and the lips singing at the beginning ruined those Dairy Queen commercials for me (you know, the ones with the lips). Lol, what do you guys think of it?

it's pure camp man. i saw it at the t.l.a. about 20+ years ago, and it was crazy!!! people were dressed as frankenfurter,rocky, all the cast members, dancing and singing along with the movie! some things are definately not meant to be taken seriously. lighten up.

I'm not a fan but each to their own!
I know lot's of people that love that show, It's just not for me!

You just don't understand.It is a wonderful movie , technically & dramatically.The music is awesome , the plot is crazy sweet , and the acting is great , but to each their own , some don't appreciate it , which I do understand , I find that most that don't appreciate it plan not to before they ever see it though (it's a lot like "Cats" in that sense).But whatever.

I enjoyed it, but yea you have to have an open mind to enjoy it. About 20 years ago they played this movie every Friday night at midnight complete with live actors mimicking the actors on the screen, but with a whole lot more sexual inuendo. That is what made the movie fun, also if you got there early there was a whole of shannanigans going on. If you just see the movie without the live actors, then I can see the movie just not being fun

its considered a cult classic but i never got the appeal
