does anyone no what im supposed to call popsman.prx, pops.prx and the other fiel that go in the popsloader folder in seplugins to make the popsloader that came with it work???

The information is in the readme of 3.52 M33 or M33-2 I think.
Anyway, you don't need to do it yourself as I've uploaded a 3.52 M33-4 Support archive with all the files for the popsloader from 3.10, 3.11, 3.30, 3.40, 3.51 and 3.52.
If you really want to know what they are called you can have a look at the files in that I suppose.
