what particular emulator are you trying to work???

mostly GBA cause I got alot of roms for it on the computer but would like to use the psp to play it when Im not at the computer.

Thanks in advance

Generally, you put the folders (e.g. "emulator" and "emulator%") in "ms:\PSP\GAME150\".
You will need the ROMs (games) for the emulator and sometimes a BIOS as well (for GBA you need the BIOS).

download the GPSP gba emulator, there's one at the download section... place the 2 folder at ms:\psp\game & put the rom files to ms:\psp\game\gpsp\rom folder...

Ok I tried the GPSP did as you said, and when I got into the game menu I got a corrupted Data and a GBA screen below it. and when I clicked on the GBA one it started but then gave me a message saying "The game could not be started.(8002014C)"
did I do something wrong??? I put the rom in the rom folder that I made in the ms:\psp\game\gpsp folder
did I need to do something else?

adw888 thanks for your help but could you tell me where the GAME150 folder is?cause I couldnt find one in the memory card, do I make it or do something else?

Thanks for you helping cause Im kinda new to this

You have to make the "GAME150" folder in "ms:\PSP\" if it doesn't already exist.
Then copy the gpSP folders there.
After that it should work (but remember you need the ROMs and the GBA BIOS).

Thanks adw888!!! I got it to work finally, thanks to you smile.gif now I can play gba roms everywhere and not just at the computer.

Can someone help me out with running the MAME emulator on the PSP......

I am running custom firmware 3.40 oe-a

I downloaded and put the MAME4ALLPSP folders into:

F:\PSP\GAME150\MAME4ALLPSP
F:\PSP\GAME150\MAME4ALLPSP%

and I downloaded some MAME ROMS. The ROMS are .zip files and they contain a whole bunch of .bin files inside. (are these the right kind of ROMS?)

then I put the .zip ROM files into:

F:\PSP\GAME150\MAME4ALLPSP\ROMS

I start up MAME4ALLPSP and I get the following error message:

ERROR:NO AVAILABLE GAMES FOUND
U_PSP:\PSP\GAME\MAME4ALLPSP\roms

so of course I made the folder it was looking for and put the .zip files in there, but get the same error message.

Somewhere I am doing something wrong tongue.gif Any help would be great!
