my friend has accidentally clicked the restore default setting his psp and some iso games hangs and umd games doesn't also load, so i tried to recover it back again to 1.50 then install 3.40 oe-a again but the problem still occured... any suggestions how to fix this problem??? i'll try to recover it back again to 1.50 and try to install a different cfw it maybe 3.40 le or 3.52 m33 if it'll work...

If that still doesn't work, you could try the "reset flash1" (or similar) command in recovery mode of 3.52 M33-2 (I think).

I would double check the recovery menu settings again to be sure that they are set to properly run the ISOs. Make sure the proper No-UMD is disabled, etc, etc.

well it was kinda weird... now it's working fine again and all my friend did was change the theme... maybe a glitch or something...
