Ok, don't laugh at me wink.gif but I was wondering if you can downgrade the firmware on a 3.52 PSP. I stupidly upgraded and now wish I hadn't as to be honest I can't be arsed paying for games tongue.gif so yeah, is there any way?

EDIT: I also found this. Should I trust it?

Why in the world did you upgrade?
kez-lehan
my thoughts exactly. I wasn't planning on wanting to use homebrew and all that, so I stupidly upgraded.

Yeah, that's what happens to nearly everyone, they have a shiny new psp so they want the shiniest new firmware straight away;then lo and behold when they find out about all the stuff you can't do with an official firmware, and it's sit and wait and pray to the great homebrew progs. to get the latest firmware decrypted and downgradeable.
Have patience, enjoy the standard features and before you know it the next downgrader will be out.

I remember going through all this way back when the biggest firmware decision was: 1.5 or 2.0 !!!
