Issue I'm having

Alright, the shell is cool and all, but I'm running into an issue. I'm trying to get a Ad Hoc connection to my PC via the PSP. The connection is wireless, and has already been configured on both the PC and the PSP. All the files needed were decrypted and put into the right places, so that is not the issue.. and yes, i did change the name of the Wlan file to Wlan15. Now, this is supposed to work without a hitch on the 1.5 shell version, but it doesn't. I can't get it to work at all. As far as I have gotten is seeing my wireless radio button showing that it is trying to verify a connection with the PSP, while the PSP wireless light is green. After about 10 seconds, the PSP reports an "error: Could not connect to the host". I can see packets traveling back and forth, but a connection does not get made. I was hoping that someone would have some insight into this, because I would really like to get it up and running.

These are my reference pages.

If these links are in violation of the ToU, I apologize. Just trying to get help for myself and anyone else that might need it. If they need to be removed, can you please
PM me so that I can comprise a post with the summed up information, (which I plan to do anyway as soon as I can get it working).

Will post more information is it becomes available.

Ok, this is where I have gotten so far. Me and a friend have ad hoc'd our laptops together to create an actual ad hoc network. With nethostfs.exe running, we can see the actual psp trying to get a connection. The connection does not go through of course, and we are still getting the same error. We are definitly closer than we were before, but something is still not allowing the connection. Of course, any insight would be most useful, and there is no such thing as a stupid question. We are hoping that if we have an outsider throwing around some ideas that we might be able to get somewhere. As I stated earlier, once this has been completed successfully there will be an in-depth tutorial, for all of you who so choose to go the next step into the great world of modification.

Peace,

Ok dude I ain't no genius when it comes to wireless but what I do know is if you want the net from PSP to PC you need to put it in Infrastructure mode...

Good luck.
