I gotta say Kefka from FFVI or Luca Blight from Suikoden II. (a mix of the two)
Dr Robotnik or Eggman whichever you call him from sonic. I dunno why, i just think he is cool

I'd hella have to agree with Luca Blight from Suikoden II. Or maybe Indalecio with the limiter off in Star Ocean Second Story.

Was Indalecio the last of the ten wise men? Those guys were like cool too but they were just a tad too many. BTW, SO2:SS crashes alot on the second disk even if my FW is 3.52 M33.
