Instructions:
- extract folder "M33UPDATE_352" (with "EBOOT.PBP" inside) from archive
- if you are on custom firmware, copy the folder to "ms:\PSP\GAME150\"
- if you are on 1.50, copy the folder to "ms:\PSP\GAME\"
- run "3.52 M33UPDATE" (or similar) from the Game section of the XMB

I made and used this myself (once) so it should work, but apart from that it's untested, so no guarantees.
Please reply with whether or not it worked for you.

As always, have a fully charged battery and the power cable plugged in while running the updater.

Just ran the easy installer on my 3.10 OE psp, and it worked straight off.

man i just used an easy installer for 3.40 OE today! i gotta giv it up for the ppl that make these easy installers, its a lot better than following al those long instructions like i used to

Try copying the link instead of just clicking on it.

For some reason clicking on it adds some crap on to the end of the link which takes you straight to the mediafire homepage. Either copy and paste the link or try deleting the crap parts in your address bar after you've clicked on the link.

Hey there....I have been waiting a while to even get a 3.5fw so i can use the psp with my playstation 3....Can anyone confirm that this works and if it does n ot work can i downgrade again? I have had problems getting my Playstation 3 to actually detect my psp and i originaly thought it was because i have a JAP version of the psp and a pal playstation 3. Thanks in advance on this

hm... sounds promising... but i guess i'll stick to 3.40 oe-a for now. maybe i'll upgrade when i get new games. if its not such a burden, any details on this firmware's new features?

Help! When i run the 352M33UPDATE, this happens:

Loading PSAR to RAM... OK
Checking psar integrity... Incorrect psar

and i get kicked back to boot screen.

i just dumped the M33UPDATE_352 folder into my PSP/GAME folder (im running 1.5) and ran the program. What went wrong? :/

Have you run the 1.50 patcher?
It's in the original 3.52 M33 release.

thanks for the quick reply, yes, i ran the kxploit patcher, when i try to patch again now it says application doesnt run on this firmware or something

edit: i tried with both memsticks, the retail 32mb and a old 1gb sandisk one, still gives the same problem :/

Bro...if i download this ...it means i don't need to download the official 3.52 update n stuff..right??...but how's it means the 3.52 official is abt 21mb, and this package is jus abt 17.3 mb, is it b'coz u've compressed it?? btw m on 3.03 OE-C

It is because it's compressed, yes.

If you're on 3.03 OE-C you should be able to follow the instructions in the original post.
