i have a new vista operating system and when i try to plug in my psp via USB cable it will ask me if i want to do a quick viruse scan of the device whether i choose yes or no it will open the main folder then after a few seconds it will "kick off" my psp the psp will still be in USB mode but the computer will say that the folder is empty. it wouldnt let me move any fie around. the very first time i connected the psp to the computer i was able to transfere my music and pics from my psp to the comp but now it wont even let me do anything.

Plug the cable into a different USB port and see what happens. Also make sure the memory stick is in

if you have a card reader just try to put your memory card in it... i'm also using windows vista but that didn't happened to me... vista has a hell lot of security alerts, try to disable some of them...
