Lair has been delayed in Europe once again. The title will now miss the September 26th release date, which coincided with Halo 3, and instead be released on October 10th.
Developed by Factor 5, Lair is arguably one of the best showcases for Sixaxis motion sensing, as tilting the controller forms a significant part of the entire gameplay experience. In fact, you're not given the option to use the analogue sticks for flying. The environment is huge too, and the game is set to run at 1080p resolution ("Full HD" in Sony-speak) at 30 frames per second.
Dragon-slaying never looked so appealing, so perhaps the wait is worth it. Unfortunately, this Autumn is already very crowded, so let's hope Lair gets its moment in the limelight.
For our US readers, you'll still be able to pick Lair up on August 14th
