Hey guys, forgive me for I am a noob..but I just found out about the amazing things that could be done with the PSP by searching on google. I happen to come across this board so hopefully someone can help me. I would like to install the emulator daedalus on my PSP..how do I go about doing that? I also need to know how to get games and install them as well. I am interested in Mario 64 mainly. finally, any recommendations for an NES emulator would be greatly appreciated. Thank you ahead of time for any resources.

get the 2.5 downgrader. downgrade to 1.5 upgrade to a custom firmware. thats all there is. daedalus isnt a finished product and still has problems playing some games, and isnt at full speed. and i dont know if it was just mine but the sound was pretty messed up too. nesterj is a great nes emulator.

ya im basiccly repeating what evol edo said but right now there isnt a very good N64 Emulator, youll just have to settle with NES or Snes

NesterJ for Nintendo
SNESx9TYL for Super Nintendo

First of all, is your PSP really a 2.5FW?

Follow the instructions here: http://www.psp-spot.com/forums/index.php?s...mp;#entry208480
Afterwards you should be on 3.03 OE-C custom firmware and then we'll get onto installing games and emulators.

Yer same with mine Lmao

Well you need the Daedelus files.
It would either have two files like "APPNAME" and "APPNAME %" or just one file "APPNAME", either one just put them in X:/PSP/GAME150 (If you are in OE FW)

2.81? (I thought it was 2.50) Then unfortunately those instructions won't work.
You'll need to use these: http://www.psp-spot.com/forums/Universal-D...ide-t34061.html
You'll also need a real, unpatched GTA:LCS UMD (one with the 2.0 update on it) to perform the downgrade.
