I think it's a good idea. Can't speak for the staff in general as there hasn't been that many replies.

Awesome , that's one staff member that likes the idea, hopefully the rest think likewise...but hopefully someone soon puts their hand up to actually put the ads in and stuff.

Since you are backing it and are the admin, could you not implement it? I think if you can do it, then go for it asap.

I think he's a bit busy with PC-Spot or do you reckon he needs permission from DJP or something? I don't think there should be anything else to stop this great idea being used

So I've bumped it and hopefully something will happen.

This wont be hard to do. Theres a modification which allows you guys to edit where the google ads show and who they show too. You can download it and installation is simple. Moreover, it can be edited in a matter of an hour to suit what you guys need. (A simple php edit.) The mod can be found at invsionize and you would need djp (or someone with ftp access) to upload and install the modification..and edit it. However, if you guys dont want to edit it then just:-
show the ads only to certain groups and in forums...then the goal is almost for filled.
