Every time i try to download something it brings up this error "Sorry, but you do not have permission to use this feature. If you are not logged in, you may do so using the form below if available.
There is a number of reasons:
1) You are a normal member therefore you cannot access any of the downloads unless its in the user contributed area.
2) You are not actually logged in
3) Buy vip from HERE so that you can access the section
