It would be impossible for us to give everyone some/all of the moderator or administrator controls. This because in some situations any of the controls and functions could be exploited. Mass closing of topics, users canceling mod/admin actions, stupid/frequent name changes, idiotic bans and un fair bans- or unbars. There are too many to list but no more controls can be given to members.
