Hi all, this may seem like a daft question but I'll ask anyway! My mains charger appears to have broken since I can charge my PSP with a car charger. I was thinking of getting a new smaller type mains charger from ebay but was wondering if these could damage my PSP or are they safe to use?

it will work as long as its a 5 volt dc charger. if its not bad things will happen.

what's bad in this case?

your psp might get overheated with the wrong charger and get hot and some aspects might not work.

Make sure its the same voltage, and good quality, then it will be fine.

Its a bad sign if the psp over heats, it could shortcercuit the boards
