get a professional to fix it. maybe you noobed the job up lol jk. seriously get a fixer of it. dont use your warranty because sony might send you a undowngradable psp. or just trade yours in for a older one with downgradable firmware and pay the difference.

when my ps2 controller was like that i took it apart and it was the rubber flange like thing that was messed up they have a tendency to wear out. you need to replace it probably with another one that fits

do you mean when your on the internet the curser goes to the top left and it wont go anywhere else? if so the happened to me i just took my psp apart about 87 times and is worked fine after that. i think it just has to be aligned with that clear piece right.

if you dont have a warranty anymore i would take it apart and then check whats underneath the joystick
that is 99% the problem is theres something wrong with the joystick making contact beneath the actual face of the psp

well its fixed, i took it apart a couple of times and started noticing that when i pressed on the faceplate it stopped, so i adjusted some screws and messed with some plastic and now it works fine!
