is there a risk of bricking
ive never heard of anyone bricking using a homebrew dumper. i dont think its accessing anything dangerous. if something happened in the middle of the rip you should just end up with a bad rip. but i could be wrong

You are right, there is no risk of bricking when using UMD Dumper.
And it will work in 3.03 OE-C, just put it in "ms:\PSP\GAME150\".
