I was watching MGS4 trailers and that inspired me to replay the first ones. I cant wait till MGS4 comes out.!!

and excuse me for being rude but do you people know anything about mgs, solidus snake is dead you kill him in MGS2, and yes the older man in mgs 4 is solid snake, he is severely aged because of the cloning technology back in the 70's, when SOLID SNAKE was born, wasnt as advanced as it is now. there were 8 twins born in project Les Enfants Terribles but "6" were aborted. In reality 5 of them were aborted and that last three sons were Liquid Snake the dominant son, Solid Snake our favorite guy, and Solidus Snake the guy you kill in MGS2. as for the younger guy at the end of the trailer, that has me bummed i have some ideas on who it could be but im not sure. if anyone else wants any info that has to do with MGS feel free to ask me. i've been a fan since the first game Metal Gear Solid and i even bought the games for the earlier consoles to get the previous info but most of it was retconned due to MGS3 Snake Eater.
Ocelot is Liquid Snake because of the arm that was used to replace ocelots arm took control of ocelot and turned him into Liquid Snake.

I'm with you on that! MGS:4, RE:5 and GTA will be the reasons for me to buy the PS3!

I'm pretty sure that the mgs4 will basically make the ps3 on its own.

ANYWAYS.. this is a game I'm looking forward to.. however.. Raiden(or w/e) will get that chair some day! All the funny videos in that Subw/e verson changed my opinion on him completely!

Well mgs will probably be out by the years end or early '08 but I doubt youll see a ps3 price drop by then though.

Well I think most would agree with your view on MGS2. It was alright but not the best. I think MGS4 is going to be amazing and the best in the series by far.

Hope its worth d bucks. I think Snake is played out though.

Well mgs4 will be not only "the game to get" because of its awesome gameplay but it will best any game out right now. The final build will be probably the best game youll see to date.

Mgs 4 is pretty amazing, kinda dissapointed with the online mode though... seriously.. only 5 online stages? Yes MGS5 is comming out, and once again kojima lied about not being the lead producer for it. I can't wait for it. Cool fact: me and kojima share the same birthday ^_^oh and one more thing. an MGS based movie is comming out 2009!
