hey guys.. i really need some help.. is it possible for a psp with 2.82 to upgrade to 3.03OE-C juz like 1.5 to 3.03 OE-C ??

you will have to downgrade it to 1.5 then flash it with custom fw 3.03oec.

to do that (ONLY IF YOU HAVE GOT GTA:LCS UNPATCHED) download the 3.03 downgrader from here:

which kinf of GTA:LCS is unpatched again? the one with the 2.00 FW upgrade?
