All my recovery settings, (NO UMD, advanced config), get changed every fucking time I put my machine on standby, and its really ****ing pissing me off.

I have to hard reset, go in and change every single time I turn my PSP back on.

what the ****?
I'm running 3.40 OE-A, everything works fine once the settings are changed.

So I figured out it resets every time I quit an ISO I'm running...

Weird.

Maybe its a 3.40 issue. Never had this problem on other custom fw's.

And please refrain from swearing please.

I swear this only effects TA-082 mobos cause that is exactly what happend to me along with t3h jap part.

most likely a Fw issue, it still has bugs, like nyght said.

Well yes I concur which is the founding argument for my statement patched TA-082s aren't able to run 3.40 OFW, and with an OE you get remnants of the offical therefore if you run an update on a motherboard that wasn't able to handle it to begin with things can and will break. DANG 3.40 OE-A REALLY fucked up my PSP all TA-082s should stay away!!1!

Good thing I don't have that MOBO. I have refrained from upgrading to those firmwares. I really like how my PSP works now. It's nice. I hope they get this fixed for all of you 82 users.

just a reminder to reset your default setting in the config menu before and after updating fw, might work foru, i am using fw 3.4oe-a and it great for me no problems and mine is a ta-82 system
Noc7urn4l
I wonder if there is some other factor that is related to that issue.
jblaze2201
Mine is fine allso its ta082. Might be due to bad keys I fixed mine ith chilly illys key cleaner

Yes and you see once you fix t3h keys t3h patch is gone and 3.40 OE can run fine.

when i bought my psp i was unsure if it was a Ta MOBO" untill i checked it out i was so relieved it wasnt, because my friend said all new psp's are Ta's.
duelingdragons
Just for the record, mine IS NOT a TA-082...
I've checked and double checked that fact.

I have a ta-82 with 3.40 OE-A and I'm not having any issues. Try reinstalling the 3.40OE, maybe that'll clear up a thing or 2

Done it and I have recovered to 1.5 countless times I have generated the DXAR on my own and I have used and easy installer. And yesh I an well aware all moderen mobos (at least in t3h US) are TA-082 or 86 as originally they were designed to block FW 1.5 making downgrading impossible (that was until n00bz looked into it.) Now they are just as easy to downgrade as the launch PSPs. I don know I guess my along with a few others just had some sort of freak accident. But this is becoming a more and more common story so I wonder where or what t3h flaw is.
